Hole saws have thicker wall (.156”) and back plate (.625”) to increase strength and therefore less deflection. The more ridged body increases the life of the carbide.

Teeth are precisely ground after installation to ensure true quality and minimum run out.

Combination of the thicker wall and back plate along with our grinding technique increases the life of the carbide, reduces sharpening cost, and down time.
